  • US Chess regular and quick rated. Top section also FIDE rapid rated. Time control: Game in 30 minutes with a 5-second delay.
  • Sunday, July 28th, 4 pm to approximately 9 pm.
  • Entry fee: $30 on or before Wednesday the week of the tournament, $35 on or before Saturday, $40 on Sunday (on-site registration is allowed, registration for round one closes at 2:45 pm on Sunday). • Two Sections: Open (minimum 1300 rating to play) and Under 1500.
  • Note: In order to play in the open section, players must have a US Chess rating of at least 1300. Players rated between 1300 and 1499 can play in either section. • Up to two half-point byes are allowed. Half-point byes can be requested for any round. The deadline to request a half-point bye is prior to the start of round 2.
